Original product was Intex Aqua 3g+ which was bought on 28-12-2014 from M/s Mahadeo Ramgopal, H.S. Road, Dibrugarh – 786 001, with a 1 year warranty. The product developed display problem on 10-03-2015 and was taken to Intex service center for repair the next day on 11-03-2015. The set was sent for repair by the local service center (The Concept) to Guwahati. Approx. after 1 month they reported to me that spare parts was not available for that particular model. So they gave me a lower priced mobile for temporary use and said that they would replace the original mobile within one month. But on inquiry after one month they said that the parts are not available and as such it will not be replaced.

As a consequence I was unable to use both internet as well as use my phone, and as such sustained loss and difficulty for my business.
