I bought an Intex Aqua i14 (White) cellphone from the Flipkart website vide order number OD40710122595 on 11th July, 2014. This product was delivered to me on the 17th July. The product said that it was a dual SIM phone with GSM +WCDMA. When I tried to put the CDMA Card into the phone it would not accept. I then called Reliance and asked them if their SIM Card was WCDMA. They confirmed the same to me. However it would still not work on the Intex Phone. I then called the Intex Service Center and complained about the problem. To which they replied that WCDMA is actually GSM 3G. This was not mentioned anywhere on the Flipkart website and thus Flipkart misled me to buy the phone. When I complained to them to take back the phone and give me a refund they flatly refused saying that it was my problem that I did not understand that WCDMA means GSM 3G.

Immediate refund of Rs. 7499 which I paid for the phone and Rs. 10,000 for the harassment caused by Flipkart.
