I bought an” intex aqua power HD” 2 months back for 9500.after using it for one week it started to hang again and again,goes switch off and does`nt respond for hours so i went to service center and got it replaced and now the new phone which i got is showing problems again.it switches off automatically and freezes.i went to service center,they opened my cellphone,did something and made it work,when i asked what is the issue they told that it happens sometime..they don`t know how to repair cell phones,they done even know how to talk to customers.3 times same problem happened.Every time i went to service center they did something but were unable to tell me what is happening.Even now my cell is with them from past 13 days.when i called them yesterday to know the status they first stalled me then hung up.
this is the worst buying experience of my life.i am waiting for the due date i.e 25 of july and if they are unable to keep their time limit i will love to sue the company because as far as i know this company has pushed me to my mental limits.i will never recommend any of my friend or relative or any person related to me remotely to buy any of the product of intex.
my intex phone has stayed less with me and more in service center getting “god knows what” done.
people spend their money to buy comfort,9500 is not less amount to buy cell phone.i regret the fact i thought that intex is better than micromax or lenovo.
if this company has a little of shame left in them then they must honour the due date else they will face the consequences.
