i have purchased new intex aqua i7 mobile and working fine, on 20 th os September 2014 my obile sim slot damaged when i am inserting sim in to slot (micro sim slot) that is very cheap material used , but mobile rate is more than 13500 /- ,after that on 24/09/2014 my mobile submitted in mobile world nellore(intex service center)they asked 15 days time and approximately 450 /- for physical damaged spare parts even in guarantee warrant period, any have iam ready / accepted to pay that 450/- they have taken my mobile with job sheet no 409244010005t001 on 24/09/2014 , after 35 days they have called and returned my mobile without any repair / not fitted sim slot, for that i have asked them they said stock is not available, if you pay 75 % of mobile original cost we will fit your mobile with new board not sim slot, for that nearly 10000/- need to pay , it very negligence of intex company without spare parts they are selling mobile smart phones. now iam unable to use micro sim in that mobile , actually i have purchased for use dual sim now without sim slot iam unable to use dual sim, if iwant use dual sim in my mobile i need to pay 10000/- or purchased new phone this is the advice by intex vijayawada manager subramanyam given to me so i want to go consumer fourm for not supplying spare parts to customers and avoiding guarantee / warantee policy for 13500/-
sim slot or compensation for 13500/- (for dual sim unable to use now it supporting single sim , low quality material they have used)
