I have purchase Intex AQUA-i7 on 2 of Nov – 2013 Serial Number: 911338550163127 Product : Aqua I7 (WHITE) Dual SIM JOB-Sheet Number: 312113025007T001 It’s touch pad keypad has gone bad on 11-Dec-2013. The very same day I have given to Authorized service centre “Doctor Mobile” in Rajkot, Today is 18th of Jan, no body knows the status of my phone. Call Centre is help less as well. I purchase this phone with EMI, Looking at the phone and the way it was advertised using Farhan Akhtar. However I am really disappointed. I am back to simple nokia phone even after spending 18000 on Intex Aqua I 7

I need full – refund of my phone which is 18000.
