I am writing this mail after two years, frequent harassment and torture by Vodafone, I took Vodafone no. 9711XX6101 in year 2008, everything was fine proper till year 2012 December, I was using as post paid and in year 2013 I changed my plan as per the assurances of Vodafone they have started special plan for Advocates and CUG facility, and ported one more no. i.e.9871XX3849 apart from 97115XX101 That in the month of January 2016, I paid Rs. 4,000/-wrongly against Rs. 18,00/- of my current bill, and to return my accessed amount I made over 10 request, visited Preet Vihar,Delhi outlet to solve my problem but it was very bad experience, that the executive wrongly permanently disconnect my number for two days, thereafter, I made further request he assured and advise my your no could not be retain in post paid. he assured me your advance amount shall be sent through cheque, which I have not received so far. Again in the Month of February 2016, I contacted Vodafone outlet Durgapuri, Babarpur, Shahdra, and tried to know the status of my amount they assured me same shall be credited in my account within an hour, and thereafter, I made a fresh request to the executive to convert my no. in post paid and against my request a request no. 59059 plan 99 was generated and after verification of field boy and checking my original ID at home, my no got started, and after two days of using same, I got a call from no. 8860075636 and she was saying that Rs. 750/- is dues and last date of payment is 25th February, and same I informed to the 198 customer care, where they assured me that, I will not receive further any call, again surprisingly, I got this below mentioned message? ? “Dear Customer, We appreciate your valuable association with us, and expect this will continue. This is to inform you that, you’re Vodafone mobile no. 9811370855 is temporarily out of service due to non-payment of your dues. Kindly make payment for Rs. 140 and your services will be activated within 4Hrs.” ? ?It was very shocking for me I had never use this no. 9811370885 and when checked through my sources it was found that the same no was being used by some other person who is residing at Burai,Delhi and again it was extreme surprising that I got one more similar message from Vodafone.. Hello, Thank you for using our services. We are pleased to provide you with the following details regarding the Vodafone cell number used by you having No 9811376851 Your present credit limit is Rs. 1000/- and your current usage (billed + unbilled) is Rs. 950/-. Please make an interim payment of Rs. 950/- without delay to enjoy uninterrupted services. The information related to this email is also sent on your mobile number. the above no. #. 9811370855 # 9811376851 I had never used or taken and such act of Vodafone resulting frustration and mental agony for me.

Due to above act of Vodafone I faced extreme problem during past so many times during court hours I got call for payment of money for fake no which I never used, and my genuine no.97115XX101 got barred from outgoing calls when I was in Happur, Uttar Pradesh where I had to take Rs. 1,00000/- lakhs from y client against his matter and full day I was fed up and during that My car got punctured and it very bad experience, I was not able to call for assistance and I was lucky I got a help from person.
