IOMEGA BRAND, PRODUCT IS NOT WORKING AND IT IS WITHIN WARRANTY PERIOD

I HAD PURCHASED PORTABLE HARD DRIVE OF IOMEGA BRAND FROM THE CROMA STORES OF SURAT.NOW PRODUCT IS NOT WORKING AND IT IS WITHIN WARRANTY PERIOD.I HAD COMPLAINED AT CROMA STORE BEFORE 4 MONTHS.THEY HAVE SENT DETAILS OF PRODUCT WITH INVOICE NO.TO THE COMPANY OF THE PRODUCT,BY EMAIL.NOW CROMA STORES PEOPLE ARE LINGERING THE MATTER SAYING THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM SUPPLIER.I HAVE VISITED THE CROMA STORES FOR MORE THAN 7 TIMES FOR FOLLOWUP.THEY SAY U WILL GET REPLACEMENT AND NO NEED TO REPAIR IT.DETAILS OF MY PURCHASE :PURCHASED FROM :THE CROMA.GHOD DOD ROAD BRANCH,SURAT :INVICE NO.slf02a010030002921 PRODUCT :IOMEGA PRESTIGE PORTABLE HARD DRIVE:IMPORTER OF THE PRODUCT :NEOMETRIC INFORMATQUE LTD, MUMBAI

I AM NOT BEEN ABLE TO USE MY PRODUCT FOR LAST 4 MONTHS AND MY OTHER WORK IS SUFFERING DUE TO THAT.MY VALUABLE DATA IS STORED IN HARD DRIV,WHICH I AM UNABLE TO ACCESS.

REPAIR OR REPLACMENT WITH DATA RCOVERY.
