i bought apple iPhone 5 c and is in warranty till 26th November. The phone started misbehaving about 10 days back. I took it to their service centre Tresor System, Gurgaon and after analyzing they said it has to be replaced. They then wrote internally to Apple and later said that Apple has denied warranty replacement as their is physical damage. I tried to make them understand that there is no physical damage as there are multiple problems like loosening of screen(which is a known flaw in iPhone 5c), display problem, power switch problem, voice problem , battery problem and signal issues its like multiply organ failure. They claimed their helplessness. Then they gave the Apple care number. There after having spoken to 4 people for over 1 hour, i was told that apple care only provides software support and for any hardware related issue customers cannot talk to apple. I requested them for the Apple contacts to whom I could write and request, the contact center people asked me to write the letter to their legal cell and denied to help further on this matter. Post that I write to Tim Cook, CEO of Apple Inc but has not received any response as yet.
The phone needs to be replaced immediately and I should be compensated for my loss of business.
