We had purchased 2 tickets for ipl semis at blore under sr no 135431/0 and
were informed thro press release/email that the money would be credited back
within 10-15 days. No Refund as been credited to the card account s on today
evening and further no e mails are being replied even after escalating .
All phone nos provided do not respond( Either rings or does not connect)
Please suggest Remedial action
