Tickets (PNR 2129826153) were cancelled as the train delayed by more than 3 hours (As per IRCTC rules). TDR was filled on Dec 28, 2011. After several follow ups even after more than 1 year no refund has been made.

Approx 3000 INR. Kindly arrange for Refund of amount with the interest.

IRCTC being a central Government Organization should know what customer care is all about and not take consumer for a ride.
