Dear Sir/Madam, I have sent below text email for clarification to tdrprocess@irctc.co.in on 20th Dec 2014 and care@irctc.co.in and etickets@irctc.co.in on 28 Dec 2014, but i have not received any response regarding this. below is the email details i sent to irctc but, no response. I had confirmed 2 tickets for class 3A for train number 22686/YPR S KRANTI EXP on 14 Dec 2014 from Dharwad to Yeswantpur and its scheduled Arrival/departure was 21:30 PM (on 14 Dec 2014). Train was delayed by more than 3 hours and we have not travelled because of this delay and i have filed TDR regarding this before actual departure of the train from dharwad (My source) at 00:31 AM (falls on 15th Dec 2014). I also enquired to dharwad railway station master (on 20 Dec 2014 at 10:30 AM) to reconfirm the train time it actually arrived to Dharwad on 14-Dec-2014 and he said it arrived at 01:19 AM on 15-Dec-2014 (I filed TDR at 00:31 AM before actual departure at 01:19 AM). Can you please let me know the reason for rejecting the refund of the amount as i have filed TDR in time and according to new refund rules. Also please let me know what is Invalid TDR Timestmap : DELAY (as the irctc website allowed me register TDR successfully and also there is no option to enter TDR registered date and time manually by the passenger) Below is the TDR filed details and its status.
