I am Shreekant mishra, a account holder in axis bank had booked a ticket in IRCTC on 16.10.2013 having cost 691.24 rupees through AXIS debit card.The same amount deducted from my account but the ticket was not booked. When i talked to IRCTC personals they told that they have returned the same amount to the refunded account with receipt number 11618483 but when i talked to AXIS bank personals they are telling that there is no instruction from merchant(IRCTC) side to refund tha same amount.
