Incharge, IRCTCs e-Ticketing Service RE-Rs 40/-Charged on Wait listed ticket PNR 8108804024 Dear Sir, I had booked online ticket PNR no. 8108804024 Transaction id 0608295494. Date of Booking 15.12.2012 and Journey date 16.12.2012 from Pune to Dadar. Train no.12128 Intercity Express in Tatkal Quota. Booking Amount was Rs 178/- when I was book the Ticket,my booking status was CKWL-31 and CKWL-32.. On Journey Date i.e.16.12.2012 not a single seat confirmed against waiting. You have also refunded to me Rs 128/- very good and thank you but you have deducted Rs 40/- ( 20/- per person) so that when you not confirmed my waiting and without giving any service, then why deducted Rs 40/-? while you have already taken service charges Rs 10/- at a time of ticket Booking . You should be refund Rs 168/- instead of Rs 128/-. Kindly look in to the matter and refund Rs 40/-. other wise I will lodge a complaint in consumer court. IRCTC not provided service nor refund fully. Rs 40/-deducted with out given any services,which is totally wrong.
