i have booked ticket in 3 tier ac vide pnr no.6122252806 for two persons also booked ticket in sl class vide pnr no.6717956295 for the same persons for the travelled date 09.10.2013 for the train no.12376. since my 3 tier ac ticket is confirmed we have travelled through pnr no.6122252806 and booked the tdr for sl ticket pnr no.6717956295. but it is very much shocking to see reply from your end that ‘as per chart, passenger has travelled’ which is not at all possible for the same persons to travel in both the classes. this may be purely mistake of irctc. kindly refund my ticket amount for the pnr no.6717956295 otherwise i will be forced to take up the case with consumer forum. regards t.dadapeer
