IRCTC – no information on train cancelled and not received full refund on cancelled ticket

I have booked a railway ticket through ( 60 days in advance planned journey) a friend in irctc pnr no 6222344189,tata to new delhi in bhubaneswar rajdhani ,dated 15th oct 2013. the train was cancelled on 14th as per the link in www.indianrail.gov.in for the particular day. eventhough IRCTC had not provided any information on cancellation of the train. When the ticket was cancelled on the day of journey full refund of the money due to train cancellated was not given by irctc. upon asking on 15th oct after cancellation of ticket irctc customer care told they have no information on train cancellation. The irctc people are not giving the full refund of the amount and had to take up a diverted route in flight from kolkata and it cost around 10500 rs due to this cancellation. I want to highlight the following issues- 1)IRCTC should inform the customer for the train cancelled in advance but they have not done 2)IRCTC is denying the full refund of the cancelled ticket of the train which is cancelled. 3)IRCTC have no update or information regarding the train cancellation on the same day of journey. 4)IRCTC should compensate the total finalcial loss to the customer due to this havoc,who has planned his journey 60 days in advance
