Sir I have booked ticket with IRCTC for journey from Itarsi to Satna on 17.07.2014 through Train No./ Name: 01027/CSTM BSB SPL PNR No. 8513253xxx amount Rs. 690/- as the train was late more than 3 hrs. I waited for train till 05:00 AM but actual timing of train was confirmed so due to urgency of my work I have taken window ticket and travel through other train in AC-3 coach and make the difference through TTE. Then I filled TDR and reason mentioned train late more than 3 hrs but response from IRCTC was that you have filled TDR more than 2 hrs after the scheduled time then I talked to customer care executive and told them that train was late more than 3 hrs than they told that to submit the proof of traveled with other train and said to mail and request for open of case. As till now almost 20 times I have mailed to them and talked to their customer executive but they are only telling your case is forwarded to concerned department but till now also no solution or refund is been initiated by them. So kindly look into the issue and refund my amount at the earliest.

I just want my Rs. 690/- to be refunded at the earliest.
