I had filed TDR for tickets with PNR 2719474461 and 2347410251 within 5 days of the journey but still it got regretted and i had not received my refund. For rail e-ticket with pnr :2347410251, Railways informed IRCTC through their letter no : DNR200613V54429 and the reason being : ‘Ticket was not surrendered with in 3/6/12 Hours of Actual Dep of Train’. For rail e-ticket with PNR : 2719474461, Railways informed IRCTC through their letter no : DEC030713V12920 ,and the reason being : ‘Ticket was not surrendered with in 3/6/12 Hours of Actual Dep of Train’. . though I filed TDR within 3 days of train departure and did not travelled in the trail, I did not receive my refund for e-ticket czsncellation. i filed 2 RTI. on 29jan2014 to railway DD(PG) & CPIO and my first appeal to sh. Ashok Chowdhry, ED(PG) & AA on 21mar2014. but still i got NO reply.

not only i be refunded my authorized amount of money but also i be paid compensation for all this harassment.
