I have booked a ticket in train 22633. and chart was prepared by Indian Railways 34 hours before the scheduled departure. ideally it is 4 hours to 12 hours before the departure time. in this case IRCTC not allowing me to cancel my ticket. Kindly help. PNR-4102204689, journey date-27-Nov-2014

I want my money back as there is no clear message to passenger when the chart will be prepared.
