i have done reservation on 03-08-2014 from irctc travel from sealdah to bhagalpur of dated 12-08-2014 but train was cancelled on journey day i.e. 12-08-2014.. i have not received any refund till now. here are deatils of transaction- ticket details transaction id :100000045109541 pnr no. :6332492615 train no. & name : 13133 / sdah bsb exp. i have mailed irctc with no- [irctc #132948] but they have replied that within 72 hour you have not filled tdr so they are not able to refund money. however the train was cancelled no any information regading cancellation was given to me. it’s i maen cancellation of train was done at railways end and they make argument that without tdr filling they will not give any refund of money. kindly do the need full and refund money of cancelled ticket to me i am very disturbed and feeling helplessness regading this.

i want my money back as early as possible i.e. fare details distance : 421 km ticket fare : rs. 680 service charge : rs. 22.47 total fare : rs. 702.47 * * payment gateway charges as applicable.
