Sir, I have done the transaction for IRCTC train ticket booking on 10-03-2014 and 11-03-2014, for 4 times i tried to book ticket, but the transaction failed on clearance. I was booked a ticket in favor of vijay kumar PNR no. 2255637939 dated 16 feb (Date of journy-23 Feb) From Moradabad to Allahabad, after few hours I cancelled that Ticket (same date) but we did not get any refund against this cancellation till date.
