I am Soyaib Ansary, I tried to book a railway ticket by my SBI Debit Card on irctc portal.Rs 291 was deducted from my account,Transaction ID: 0738411840.But status shown that -Payment Not Received From Bank. So i request you to take proper steps and solve this problem as my date of journey is very near.

I want the RBI to Issue common transaction reference number for all online transactions so tracking becomes easy. Now IRCTC says the Payment is not received and SBI said the payment is made but the transaction number given by SBI is not to be found in IRCTC database.

When will India Improve in providing QoS to customers ?
