I was booking a railway ticket on website https://www.irctc.co.in from (Jaynagar to LTT) near about 12:10 pm on (15-March-2014). I had filled all the Informations for online booking & proceeded further but the ticket is not booked & amount is deducted from my Citi Bank Credit Card account. Amount was of 391.24. Please help me to get my money back because ticket is not booked. I also had a conversation to Citi bank and they have provided me the Amount Refund Approval code as ::508748 and said to contact with IRCTC customer care.

IRCTC Refund Not Given
Pnr no:6620677915, train no:12703 Falaknuma Express. On 3rd of November 2013 the train has been cancelled but till now the train fare has not been refunded to my account. when will the money be refunded….
