I have ordered (Order No – IRSP5052454) mobile from IRCTC Shopping on 3rd January 2014. Website showing Item in Stock and deliver in 6-8 days. I wait till 13 January (11 days) order is not dispatch. I made a call to customer care and enquire and log complaint (complaint no- IRCTC271463). Person on customer care insure delivery in 24 hrs. Today is 16 January 2014 (14 days) order is not dispatch. Customer care is unable to answer the status. Even today on website Item showing in stock and deliver in 6-8 days. IRCTC shop is worst for delivery and customer satisfaction.
