t is height of unprofessionalism at IRCTC. I was trying to book a Tatkal ticket since 9.55 am for my mother which resulted in a failed transaction and again when I tried to use feature of ticket from failed transaction, my account got deactivated. My Login ID is kumariim08. It is really frustrating to have such a body existing in India called IRCTC.

Monetary relief of Rs. 25000 and my account should get activated again. IRCTC should allow private booking sites to offer Tatkal tickets as it is not able to handle the traffic
