Refund in diff in fare for travelling done on 04-June-2007 from Trivandrum to Vasai Rd with E-Ticket PNR:”4254780880″, had Ticket Rs.5481/- of 2nd AC , Travelled in 3rd AC due to AC failure extra coach attached from boarding point Trivandrum. On October 8, 2013, I got Refund of only Rs.170/- that without any computation details of 2nd AC and 3rd AC fare?

Would like to settle the the matter at earliest and get the correct difference with interest for 8 years.
