IRCTC REfund Not Processed for Cancellation of Train due to Cyclone

I had etickets Date Of Journey: 25/10/2013 on PNR Number: 4601164863 From Station: BHUBANESWAR(BBS) To Station: HOWRAH JN(HWH), but we know from BHUBANESWAR(BBS) enquiry that this train route has been changed due to havy raining at orissa. So i am file TDR after calling IRCTC Helpline. But till now my tickets amount not refund in my account. Please help me to Refund my tickets amount in my account.

On receipt of refund amount from the Railways, it is credited to the account of the customer through same payment gateway which was used while making booking.
