I had etickets Date Of Journey: 25/10/2013 on PNR Number: 4601164863 From Station: BHUBANESWAR(BBS) To Station: HOWRAH JN(HWH), but we know from BHUBANESWAR(BBS) enquiry that this train route has been changed due to havy raining at orissa. So i am file TDR after calling IRCTC Helpline. But till now my tickets amount not refund in my account. Please help me to Refund my tickets amount in my account.

Dear Customer,
With regards to your mail, we would like to inform you that TDR filed by the customers are directly dealt by the concerned Railway for decision. IRCTC has no role in deciding the refund. On receipt of refund amount from the Railways, it is credited to the account of the customer through same payment gateway which was used while making booking.
