I filled a TDR(Ref no. ekt2012111506151961) for my ticket PNR number 2337057091 on 15/11/2012 due to “Train Miss as connecting train is late”. It shows TDR status “Regreted” I am traveled from jaipur to Allahabad. I booked one ticket from Jaipur to Kanpur Central PNR no 2337057105 Journey date (11/11/2012)(14864 MARUDHAR EXP) the other ticket from Kanpur to Allahabad PNR no 2337057091, Journey date (12/11/2012)(12418 PRYAGRAJ EXP) The marudhar express late more then 3 hrs and reached Kanpur after 5 AM(Approx) so I missed prayagraj express. After more than 10 months i did not received my refund.

I want my refund of missed train as per rules.
