I have booked tickets from irctc from dehradun to bareilly. I have booked tickets around one month back from the date of journey. But the train was cancelled 2 months before. i.e. irctc lets me book the tickets for cancelled train. I have also filed the TDR but irctc don’t get any response from railways regarding this so they are not refunding anything. My brother and sister with their 10 month old son for the train. They waited for 2-3 hours. Then They got to know from somewhere that train is cancelled 2 months ago. Because of this they have to suffer mentally. They have to arrange other transport with their son to reach home.

I want Rs 50000 and not repeat of such incidents from irctc again. They should not mention cancelled trains in database.
