I purchased 2 second seater(2S) tickets from Chennai to bangalore with journey date 31st August. IRCTC and the incharge TC have not taken necessary actions so that no passengers with general tickets will enter the bogie. There were more number of passengers standing in the bogie than actual reservation holders. Due to this reason passengers with reservation could not able to go to REST rooms to answer nature’s call.
