This is Manohar, i booked a tatkal ticket from Mumbai(CSTM) to Tadipatri(TU) (train number 11027)on 29-04-2014 with waiting list 7 and PNR NO 8723575107, but at time of chart preparation i’m not getting the seat, so it was cancelled. Still i’m not getting the refund amount, how many days it will taken for refund, please go through as soon as possible.

IRCTC being a Government organization must not get complaints and must service consumers pr-actively and not lethargically.
