Sir, Despite of the fact that the train got delayed by 10 Hours ( Sceduled Departure: 0940 Hrs./Actual Departure : 1940 Hrs) and filing TDR almost 4 Hours before start of train and Not traveled, this is a clear breach of trust and shows the corruption level in and out at IRCTC/ Indian Railways.
