Dear Sir, We are unable to travel from Siliguri To Kolkata PNR 6619983187; 6123874291 and 6123874443 on date: 10/11/2013 as our train in which we had reservation of 16 members of Family is delayed unexpectedly. We then filed TDR online within 24 hours from traine boarding time mentioning we could not travel as train was delayed unexpected and we have to take alternative way.

If delay is from IRCTC as we have filed TDR on IRCTC within 24 hours of train departure and we could not travel as train is unexpected from Railway and we have claimed for TDR well within time we are requiring full refund of our tickets Please find attached 3 complaints for all 3 different PNRsPNR 6619983187; 6123874291 and 6123874443 on date: 10/11/2013
