I booked 2 tickets as on date 31-July-2014 from New delhi to Amtritsar & Amritsar to New Delhi. On the date of journey when my family arrived at station they found that train is late more than 6 hours so I filled TDR where as per railway rule when the train is late more than 4 hour then Railways has to refund the total amount the of money, So I cancelled the ticket on date 03-Aug-2014 & 06-Aug-2014 (For NDLS TO ASR & ASR TO NDLS) where the PNR No. Serial wise)is 2523824085 & 2523824643 but still not received my refund while as per Railways rule amount must be credit in A/c in Max. 7 to days but still not received the refund. I also send E-mail to Railways but didn’t get any satisfy answer. So this is my requested to you that please take a strict action against Railways. I shall be very thankful to you.

I faced mentally problem due to this kind of service of IRCTC.
