I had filed a TDR for PNR No. 2456026246 since i could not travel as the train was late by more than 12 hours from scheduled time. A genuine case and railways at fault for this. Train No. 12402, Journey Date – 16-03-2014. I came from Neemrana to Delhi to catch the train, which was an additional exp. Now, after TDR only 215 rupees are refunded out of 440. Called executive – No proper answer, sent mail to tdrprocess@irctc.co.in – No response. Please help.

1. I want full refund of the ticket amount. 2. I want to know the reason why the train was delayed and why the info couldn’t be sent thru message or announced at station since it was the origination station (Delhi).
