I had a booked ticket for train DEE Garibrath (12216) from Bharuch to Vadodara and suppose to catch my Flight from Vadodara to New Delhi. Due to delay in train arrival I had to board train Pashchim Express (12925)without ticket to avoid the treat of missing my flight. I Fined by TC for Rs. 850, which I found unjustified & treated as a WT passenger which causes me great embarrassment & a hurt to self respect. I should only be Fined with difference amount since I’ve already paid to Indian Railway by booking the Tatkal Ticket which anyway can not be canceled.

The injustice should be acknowledged by Indian Railway & fair amount should be returned to me with a Letter of Apology
