Dear sir/ Madam, I have successfully completed training program for LIC DSE but can not . appear irda exam because I applied with max new york life vide urn no. MAXI0404130017 but I have neither attended training program nor appeared in exam for max new york life insurance. In this context, I approached max new york life insurance branch, Howrah for cancellation of urn issued to me by them but I didn’t get any response from them. So in this regard I need your help please help me for cancellation my urn no. MAXI0404130017 as soon as possible so that i can appear for irda exam. Looking forward for your early response.
