IRDA Not Taking Consumer Complaints Seriously for Resolutions

I have already complaint IRDA number of times but no cation was taken . Sent email and register also but all they are making fool to public. On 6th september I have made the complaint to Mr. Basheerbagh , Consumer Affairs Department ,IRDA
Hyderabad .
