I would like to say that the survey Licensing dept. located at Hyderabad, does not care for anything regarding renewal of license. I have sent my renewal of license application on 15th of February,2012. The license has expired pn 9th of April,2012.I have send so many complains to Chairman of IRDA including hard copy of the application to the chairman of IRDA. But happened so far. I tried to contact over the phone number 040-66626466/04024390819 between 3P.M to 4 P.M. in several days in the last 20 days. But no body took the call except one day and promised to dispatch the License copy on 9th April by speed post. Till to-day I did not receive the phone.
