On 20th Dec 2014 I placed the order for room heater and the order no was 405889694 from Snapdeal A faulty product was sent and next day I placed order for the exchange but I was told by customer care that in cash delivery exchange facility is not available.I asked them to refund they asked to make request for return of product .after a week they took the product back but not refunded my money. Everytime I call their call centre they tell that we will refund your amount but never refunded back, I have called thier call centre many times but they are not listening and not in intention to refund my amount. I want them to pay the intrest along with compensation for mentally harrasing. Also an apology letter accepting their mistake.
