Subject : Issue related construction defect’s in building.
It is in connection to our repeated reminders given to you for lots of defects in our building. All flat owners are suffering since last six months. You have given us lots of commitment but not a single issue has been solved by you. All the defects which we are facing are written in details below you are requested to fulfill all the points mentioned within a week.
1. All drainage pipelines are leaked and drainage leads are broken since last six months.
2. No water proofing in under ground drinking water storage tank for which there is leakage in Lift chamber.
3. No connection with GIDC underground drainage line and outside drainage system.
4. Crack on trace flooring and no plastering beside electrical transformer.
5. Lift system is not proper and safety certificate is not issued to us by fire department.
6. No safety beside transformer line and main cable connection are not organized properly.
7. Cheep Quality of material is used for drainage, plumbing, and wiring.
8. Faulty water meter used and pumps is without cover.
9. No system is been planted to check overhead Tank for over flow.
10. Main gate design not as pre drawing and compound wall is not raised as safety of the society.
11. No electric connection available on trace, main gate and compound.
12. Monthly maintenance of vacant flats not received since December 2008.
13. Notice board, Name list is not been painted on ground floor of society.
14. Name transfer of electric meter on name flat owners.
15. Service tax refund or its receipt not received
