Issues of mobile internet of Airtel Mumbai circle

I bought new phone Nokia Lumia 710 on 12/11/12 which had offer of 2GB 3G internet free for every four months. On same phone i used my internet of rs 98 pack which worked very well this was on ‘E’ not 3G. My offer got over on 20th nov. 2012 then contacted customer care on 22nd nov. 2012 for the offer to be started on my card which they updated and balance was also shown rs 2067 exp 16 dec 2012 but internet didn’t start. Then i again contacted customer care they gave internet setting which i updated on my mobile still it didn’t work. Then i also visited airtel gallery at miraroad he did some setting and said it will start in 4 hrs but didn’t start. Again i called customer care 0n 23rd nov. they said your problem will be resolved by 11 o clock on 24th nov. but it didn’t start. Then again i contacted customer care on 24th they said problem is solved from here but still my internet didn’t start then i went to Nokia care for my handset to check for internet settings. they showed me with two different sim card that internet was working which shows handset doesn’t have any problem so i again contacted customer care they said your handset must be having problem which was not correct at all because i got it checked from nokia care. So many times customer care executive kept me on hold for so long and didn’t even answer the call. It was like harassing the customer badly. six times they gave reference number as RMOAC41122224816, CMOSW31122646360, CMOSW2112346433, CMOSW21123473752, CMOBI21124462841, C3GBN21124478325 which has not been resolved yet on 25th. This all seems to be company doesn’t want to provide free offer to the customer. Two times i had conversation with the seniors also but they also gave the same answers like junior gave then what is the importance of having seniors in company.
