Issues With Beam Telecom Internet / Broadband

i use beam internet connection and i have paid for 6 months connection .. and unfortunately i had to shift my home to another address and i raised a ticket to change the connection the executive informed me on 7th april that someone will give me a call on 9th to resolve the issue. it was not done after calling them 6 or 7 times someone came to my new address and informed me that he will fix the issue in 24 hours which is not done its 18th now.. my father is not well and im on leave from my work.. and i was supposed to do my work from home.. now i forcefully had to pay 2000 extra for reliance data card because of beam and still i didn’t have internet.

i want to them to justify for what they get paid for its all abt value ur customers i want free high sped net as compensation
