The Government must either Ban Cigaratte Smoking all together or check the black market premium at which ITC Gold Flake & Wills Cigarettes are Sold. The Panwalla is selling Wills Classic Ultramild cigarrete@ Rs 12 per cigarette while it is available @ Rs 10 everywhere else.

I want you to give punishment to ITC Dealers and Distributors engaging in this Black Marketing by fining them Rs 50000 as mental and economical harassment to people or Ban the Cigarettes for good.
