Items missing from parcel.

DTDC delivered the courier but items missing from parcel.
I tried to contact DTDC but its of no use..

Receiver (at the end) got a call from courier boy stating that they dont cover this area and we have to go to courier office to collect the packet. I always send through DTDC but never faced this type of problem.

I want DTDC to look into this issue and deliver packet as soon as possible and try to improve the service. The small loop hole will create a problem in future.. Customer never expect this of service.

Pathetic service provided by DTDC at Jharkhand.. Need improvement…
