The school charged us a refundable caution fee of Rs 5000 at the time of admission in 2012 for my son Hriday Dhawan. We withdrew our son from the school in 2013 and up on seeking the refund, the school authorities have been making endless promises but never come back. The amount of Rs 5000 has been outstanding for over a year, they are not paying any heed to our repeated requests and reminders.
