In 2011, I had purchased website from this service. Name of the Web Site is ivnitr.com, the contract was for 1 year that i will be using this service for one year. But As soon as this one year got over they automatically charged my Credit Card account and renewed my services. In response i did contact with customer support and they told me that it is in their terms and condition that they will not refund my money, I agreed on it and asked them to stop my auto renewal service and they yes they had stopped my auto renewal service. After days, I checked my account, account showed that “Your account is suspended” I was relived after that. Now, again they charged my account and renewed it without my permission and took my money. 1st mistake they did is they kept the information of my credit card in spite of I told them remove it. 2nd mistake they renewed a suspended account. WHEN A USER ACCOUNT IS SUSPENDED THEY CAN NOT CHANGE ANY SETTING OF THEIR ACCOUNT, THEY KEEP ON TAKING THE MONEY.

I just want to you show them that they cant take away our money like this. We are not fools. I just want you to fine this company for doing this and donate that fine to under privileged people. i dont need anything for me in personal. It is about what is right and what is wrong.
