I received my order against order no.140815993253725 of a green sling bag and the bag received is in an awful/ damaged condition. the latch of the bag is rusted the chains in the bag are not working the color of the chain inside of the bag are of different color the overall condition of the bag is awful and I am completely dis-satisfied also the color of the bag is not as shown in the picture. I want you to replace it with a proper bag.I called them again and again and no response was received from them. then i wrote them a mail to replace it to which they agreed and asked me to send it within 10 day. to be noted is that they delivered the product after a month. As I am living at a very remote place and this was a gift from a friend 5 days passed and i again wrote to them that my courier might not reach in time to which they did not reply. I have mailed them 3 times to ask whether i should send the product or not to which they didn’t reply. I am thinking it is possible that i send the product and they do’t even replace it. they are talking of refund but I ordered for a bag and I need a proper bag and not money only. Very disappointing service.

I want my bag to replaced with the best quality and in time and an apology from their behalf.
