I had placed an exhange order with Jabong.com on 18th August 2014. The order number is : 140818100003343 It comprised of 1 Blue solid top (brand : People) and one Eyeshadow. I was told that post pick-up, My exchange order will be delivered within the next 3 days. The eye-shadow did get delivered but till today there is no news about the delivery of the top. The logistics team handling this is the JAVAS ( shipment tracking no: E000000211386 The Jabong site says they have dispatched the order and the JAVAS site shows its in transit for the last 10 days. Since its an exchange order, I have already paid for it and hence worried that I’ll lose the money. Whenever I’ve called Jabong, they assure me that a high priority complaint has been raised but nothing further happened. I would like to complain against theire deplorable system and they unjust way in which they are dealing their customers.
I expect suitable actions to b taken against Jabong.com as well as JAVAS so in future they do not cheat their customers like this. Also, I would expect delivery of my pending order as soon as possible.
