I have given the tata docomo landline for replace or repair to Jai Ambe telecom almost 6 months ago till today they wont give any replacement or repaired product. They are charging me bill even its not in use. The landline number is 0251 6555 666. I am now really tired asking them for it.
The time has been almost 6 months, they said now there is no stock available to replace. And asking to pay new device cost. I have purchased it in June 2013, as they said device has 1 yr warranty but now they changed.
I just want my landline back with active connection with out any trouble. I dont want anyone to get punished or else, i just want my stuff back. Please.
