I booked the apartment in 2/2008. The company promised to hand over the possession 30 months of booking, but has not yet constructed the apartment. They are constructing more floors in the building than what were promised during booking of the apartment. There is deficiency in services and unfair trade practices, breach of trust. I have suffered mental agony and harassment, I do not have my own accommodation.

Either they should give possession immediately with penal interest of 18% w.e.f each deposit made OR Refund the amount with a penal interest of 24% w.e.f date of each deposit AND Give a compensation of Rs. 500000/- for mental agony and harassment.
